50x61 inch Polyester Tapestry. 57x57 inch Polyester Tapestry for square prints.

Print Care: Hold prints by edges to avoid fingerprints. Use a microfiber cloth to clean off any fingerprints or dust.

Tapestry Care: Cold gentle machine wash, line dry. Do not bleach.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your photo print order to process.

All items are made to order.

Processing time and shipping time are different. Please take processing time into account when placing your order.

All packages are shipped with USPS. For international customers, USPS will transfer it to your country’s postal system. Once it enters your country, you must contact your postal system if you have any issues.

Domestic First Class: 3-5 Business Days

Domestic Priority: 1-3 Business Days

First Class International: 6-10 Business Days

Business Days are Monday through Friday. Although your package may move on a Saturday, it’s not a business day.

Lost or excessively damaged items will be refunded or exchanged. Please contact me and provide photos of excessive damage if necessary.

Shipping costs are not refundable if the item has been shipped out already.

If the item wasn’t delivered due to customer error, you will be asked to pay shipping fees to send it back out.
